PG2021 Call for Papers
Call for Papers of Journal Track
Papers containing high-quality original and unpublished results are solicited for the journal track. Papers submitted to the Journal Track will be going through the same process as the original full papers of PG. All accepted journal track papers will be published in a special issue of Computer Graphics Forum (CGF), the journal of the Eurographics Association, in print and online in 2021. Selected submissions with strong potential but not accepted as full papers will be recommended for a second review cycle of CGF after major revisions.
The expected topics include (but are not limited to): modeling, rendering, animation, imaging, visualization, virtual reality/augmented reality, human-computer interaction, graphics systems, and related disciplines. Each paper should be 7-12 pages in length for a journal paper. Each paper receives reviews from the committee and external tertiary reviewers. Committee members know the authors’ identities, but tertiaries do not. Authors do not know the identities of the reviewers. Authors will have opportunities to address reviewers’ concerns in a rebuttal period after the first cycle of reviewing before decisions are made.
Call for Papers of Conference Track
The Conference track of PG2021 invites recent research contributions to the community of Computer Graphics in the following types: short papers, posters and Work-In-Progress (WIP) papers. All the accepted submissions of PG2021 will be archived in the PG2021 proceedings in the EG digital library. All the short papers and WIP papers will be orally presented and posters will be presented in the poster session. Selected and promising short papers will be invited to submit an extended full-paper version to Computers & Graphics.
Each short paper should be 4-6 pages in length, and posters and WIP papers should be no more than 2 pages. Each submission will be reviewed by the committee and external tertiary reviewers. Committee members know the authors’ identities, but tertiaries do not. Please remove all personal data (e.g., name, affiliation, etc.) from your submission.
